Mental Health

Yesterday, I did a live Facebook recording that was rather long, sorry, but also not sorry about that. It was about mental health and the effects it can have on someone. A Day in the Life

Sorry, it's been a little while since I last posted. I was doing it from my husband's laptop, but our charger doesn't work anymore. So waiting until payday to get another charger. A typical day in life, depending on whether our youngest is with us, would be waking up, getting dressed, making lunches and breakfast, making sure our dog gets food and water plus letting him out. Then we leave for work, a typical work day is 8:15-3:15, then go home unless we have an appointment, and then gym or stay home and work on homework and dinner. I usually stay busy with household chores, but lately I have been so tired that I do what I can with the energy I have. Definitely looking forward to spring break coming up next week.
